You can't find healing unto restoration without first being broken unto destruction. That's just the way life was created to work in the physical and spiritual realms. It's painful, messy, and quite often unexpected when it comes. This is what it means to be authentically broken. Contrary to what our minds and feelings tell us, this is a good thing! It's from the place of authentic brokenness that one can find hope, healing, and lasting peace. For whatever reason, the Lord chose relationship to be a key path through which He works this out in our lives. Therefore, relationships matter!
